Our technical maintenance and repair team provides the day to day
service that commercial and high-end condominium/townhome real
estate demands. Expertise and experience describes our
handling of a wide variety of needs including electrical work,
plumbing, lawn irrigation, carpentry, lock work, and painting, as
well as other general repairs. We can also provide full time
or as needed on-site coverage on an interim or permanent basis to
fulfill the demands of your facility. In fact, you would need
to retain dozens of independent contractors to duplicate the range
of services our building technicians deliver. Efficiency is a
priority, that's why all general service calls are answered within
48 hours.
